Jessica Clearwater (Pictured as a child above) is the Chef/Owner of Moondance Catering, Blowing Rock. “I transferred from Culinary School in Charlotte, to Appalachian State University where I received a Business Degree in Hospitality Management. While living in Boone, I fell in love with the mountains and the richness of it’s Appalachian Culture. I discovered my passion for homemade food, and put my ability to focus on attention to detail, and quality of service into Moondance Catering. My love for catering shines through in my events.”
